Durlon® iGuard™ EN

Durlon® iGuard™ flange isolation and sealing systems provide a complete solution for sealing and electrically isolating flanged connections in general to severe service applications. Available for Raised Face Type F, Full Face Type E, and RTJ Type D flanges, gaskets are offered from NPS 1/2" (DN15) to NPS 144" (DN3600) to meet international piping standards.

The iGuard™ EN gasket is made from NEMA grade G-10/FR-4 glass epoxy with a Viton® double-ogee sealing element for reliable performance. Each kit includes the gasket, G-10 isolating washers, zinc-plated backup washers, and G-10 sleeve tubes for every bolt or stud, with pressure ratings up to 2,500# ANSI and 10,000# API.

Durlon® iGuard™ flange Isolation Kits are available for the following applications: Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Petro Chemical, Refining, Water & Wastewater, Food & Beverage, Marine, Aerospace and LNG.
