Durlon® iGuard™ CS

Durlon® iGuard™ flange isolation and sealing systems deliver dependable sealing and electrical isolation for general to severe service applications. Available for Raised Face, Full Face, and RTJ flanges from NPS 1/2” to NPS 144”, they meet international piping size requirements.

The iGuard™ CS gasket combines NEMA grade G-10 glass epoxy, a 316 stainless steel core, and a spring-energized PTFE seal to resist cold flow, pressure surges, movement, and elevated temperatures. Rated up to ANSI Class 2,500 and API Class 15,000, each kit includes the gasket, G-10 isolating washers, zinc-plated steel backup washers, and G-10 sleeve tubes.

Durlon® iGuard™ flange Isolation Kits are available for the following applications: Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Petro Chemical, Refining, Water & Wastewater, Food & Beverage, Marine, Aerospace and LNG.
