Durlon® iGuard™ 8500
Durlon® iGuard™ flange isolation and sealing systems deliver reliable sealing and electrical isolation for flanged connections in general to severe service applications. Available for Raised Face, Full Face, and RTJ flanges, they support sizes from NPS 1/2” to NPS 144” and international equivalents.
The iGuard™ 8500 isolation gasket uses 3mm genuine Durlon® 8500 aramid fiber material for improved steam sealability up to 287°C (548°F). Designed for ANSI Class 150 and 300 service, each kit includes the gasket, G-10 isolating washers, zinc-plated steel backup washers, and G-10 sleeve tubes for every bolt or stud.
