Durlon® iGuard™ 8400
Durlon® iGuard™ flange isolation and sealing systems deliver reliable sealing and electrical isolation for flanged connections in general to severe service applications. Available for Type F Raised Face, Type E Full Face, and Type D RTJ flanges, systems fit sizes from NPS 1/2” to NPS 144” or international equivalents.
The iGuard™ 8400 gasket uses 3 mm genuine Durlon® 8400 phenolic fiber material for aggressive chemical service from pH 2–13 and temperatures up to 290°C. Ideal for ANSI Class 150/300, it is available in Type E or F from NPS 1/2” to NPS 96” and includes G-10 washers, zinc-plated steel backup washers, and G-10 sleeve tubes.
