Durlon® LT300
Durlon® LT300 is a precision-molded, high-performance gasket engineered from 100% pure EPDM elastomer to deliver reliable sealing in a wide range of industrial applications. Manufactured as a single, integral piece, it incorporates a double-rib design that enhances sealing effectiveness on both flat-face and raised-face flanges. Within the LT Series, LT300 is distinguished by its ability to achieve the lowest gasket stress, making it ideal for applications where reduced bolt load is required without sacrificing sealing integrity.
Durlon® LT300 is well suited for use across numerous industries, including pharmaceutical, food processing, water and sewage, mining, electronics, semiconductors, chemical processing, pulp and paper, and drilling rigs. It performs effectively in services involving mild acids, water, alcohols, mild caustics, acetone, MEK, seawater, vegetable oils, and sewage water. With a temperature range from -40 °C to 150 °C (-40 °F to 300 °F) and a maximum pressure rating of 17 bar (250 psi), LT300 is an excellent choice for applications requiring dependable sealing under moderate operating conditions.
