Durlon® LT200
Durlon® LT200 is a high-performance, precision-molded gasket designed for demanding industrial sealing applications. Manufactured as a single, integral unit, it features a double-rib design that enhances sealing reliability on both flat-face and raised-face flanges. Engineered to perform in challenging environments, LT200 delivers excellent resistance to steam, caustic services, and a broad range of aggressive chemicals while maintaining dependable sealing integrity across a wide operating temperature and pressure range.
Durlon® LT200 is suitable for use in a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, food and beverage, water and sewage, mining, electronics, semiconductors, chemical processing, pulp and paper, drilling rigs, and FRP or glass-lined piping systems. Typical applications include steam, gases, potable water, fuels, hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, and vegetable oils. With a temperature range from -26 °C to 204 °C (-15 °F to 400 °F) and a maximum pressure rating of 17 bar (250 psi), LT200 is well suited for services requiring chemical resistance and long-term sealing reliability.
