Durlon® iGuard™ HC

Durlon® iGuard™ flange isolation and sealing systems deliver dependable sealing and electrical isolation for flanged piping in general to severe service applications. Available for Raised Face, Full Face, and RTJ flanges, they fit sizes from NPS 1/2” (DN15) to NPS 144” (DN3600), including equivalent international standards.

The iGuard™ HC gasket is built from 6 mm NEMA Grade G-10 glass epoxy with a spring-energized PTFE sealing element to help prevent cold flow under high pressure. Each kit includes the gasket, G-10 isolating washers, zinc-plated steel backup washers, and G-10 sleeve tubes, with maximum ratings of 2,500# ANSI and 10,000# API.
