Durlon® iGuard™ 9000

Durlon® iGuard™ flange isolation and sealing systems provide reliable sealing and electrical isolation for flanged connections in general to severe service applications. Available for Raised Face, Full Face, and RTJ flanges from NPS 1/2” to NPS 144”, these complete kits help protect flange integrity and reduce galvanic corrosion across international piping sizes.

The iGuard™ 9000 features 3mm Durlon® 9000 glass-filled PTFE for chemical resistance from pH 0–14 and temperatures up to 260°C (500°F). Ideal for cryogenic, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and food and beverage applications, it is available in Type E and Type F configurations for ANSI Class 150/300, with each kit including the gasket, PTFE washers, zinc-plated backup washers, and PTFE sleeves.
